Total FM was conceived as a small division of AMER Group in January 2009 and was assigned the duty of partially managing the facilities of the famous Porto resorts in Egypt. In 2010, Total FM was developed into a dedicated department in AMER for property management and after sales services.

In 2012, Total FM became a separate strategic business unit with a dedicated company structure, staff, and premises which led to the full formalization of a facility management company.

In 2016, Total started to rise beyond the borders of AMER Group to introduce itself as one of the most promising facility management companies in Egypt and the MENA region with many new success partners who put their confidence in Total FM to manage their projects.

  2. Assume responsibility of properties; on behalf of the Owners / occupant Union, liaising with community member s and developers. Managing, monitoring & controlling all projects in respect to Service Level Agreements as well as cost efficiency .
  3. Apply the best practices in facility management to extend properties life time and minimize deterioration and decay.
  4. Scouting the market for new business oppotunities in order to develop new divisions in the company to help add new segments and increase Total FM’s market share.
