WECARE! is what we call our customer service representatives to express our genuine commitment towards our customer’s satisfaction. The centralized helpdesk (CRM) located in Cairo receives, records, distributes and follows up on all calls through a dedicated help desk number.
By centralizing Customer Services through our Cairo office, Total FM clients, tenants and customers have the ability to pay utility bills and issue security passes.
